gabbi wenyi ayane (b. 1997) is a queer feminist based in Singapore and England. She spends most of her time making visual art, literary art and zines.
As a writer, gabbi's work has been published on HuffPost, The Local Rebel, The Tab and Babe. She entered her first poetry slam in April 2018 (WordForward Poetry Slam) and came in first place.
gabbi is the founder and organiser of Singapore's inaugural Queer ZineFest. She was the co-organiser of destination:INK, a monthly open mic event held at Blu Jaz Cafe.
When she's not making art, gabbi spends her time reading graphic novels, taking photos of her friends and talking about herself in the third person. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Creative Arts — Art and Drama.
